Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our items are personal care products, we cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for assistance.


Melted Products

Because our body care products contain no waxes or preservatives, they may soften or melt during shipping in warmer temperatures.

This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

To fix this:

  1. Place the product in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

  2. If desired, you may re-whip the product using a hand mixer to restore the whipped texture.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products, as this is a natural result of shipping temperature conditions.

Customers in warmer climates (above 70°F) are strongly encouraged to select UPS shipping and thermal shipping protection at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as delivered.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue with your order, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
