Since all of our body care products are handmade, orders may take up to 14 business days to ship unless the item is a pre-order. During busy seasons and holidays, processing times may be a bit longer. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated by email and on our socials.

Please note: processing time and shipping time are different. Selecting faster shipping will not speed up the time it takes us to carefully make and prepare your order.

If your tracking says “Awaiting Package,” don’t worry! Our system prints the shipping label and tracking information at the same time your order is processed, but the package may not be dropped off immediately. Tracking will update once the carrier scans the package.

Unless your order has passed the estimated processing time, there’s no need to contact us about tracking updates.

We happily ship worldwide! Please note that customers are responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or tariffs required by their country.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help make it right.

Because our body butters are made without preservatives or wax, they may soften or melt in warmer temperatures during shipping. Don’t worry — this is completely normal and easy to fix!

Simply place the jar in the refrigerator until it solidifies again. If you’d like to restore the original whipped texture, you can use a hand mixer to whip the butter again, then spoon or pipe it back into the jar.

You may notice the jar appears less full after melting. This is normal and happens because the whipped air collapses when the butter melts.

If you live in a warm climate (above 70°F), we strongly recommend selecting UPS shipping and adding thermal shipping protection at checkout to help prevent melting.

Please note that we are not responsible for melted products, as melting does not affect the quality of the product and can easily be fixed at home.

Heat can also cause jars to expand and potentially loosen during transit, so we recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery.

Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons, including incorrect or incomplete address information, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or if we are unable to process the order. If your order was cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance with these issues.
