Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Because many of our products are handmade, processing times may increase during large restocks, launches, or busy seasons. Any processing updates will be posted on our Discord.
Once your order ships, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the shipping carrier’s system.
The average USPS delivery time is 4–5 business days, however shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays. These delays are outside of our control and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control.
The Floating Lantern Co is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages that occur during transit.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow up to 48 hours for it to appear. Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
If the package still cannot be found after this time, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Melted Products
Because many of our body care products are handmade and free of stabilizers or waxes, they may soften or melt during shipping in warmer temperatures.
This does not affect the safety or effectiveness of the product.
If your product arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. You may re-whip the product if desired to restore the whipped texture.
We are not responsible for melted products caused by shipping temperatures, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for this reason.
