Processing times:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for domestic orders and 10 business days for international orders to ship.  This is subject to change during holiday seasons or busy times. 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship from the USA and ship to every country! 

Shipping times:

  • Domestic orders once shipped take up to 7 business days to be delivered. Please be aware these times may change during busy times or holiday seasons. 
  • International orders take up to three weeks to be delivered.
  • If your package says delivered by did not show up please wait four business days before contacting us 

Domestic shipping cost :

  • Orders over $65 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $55 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Orders over $100 may require someone to sign for them at the time of delivery.

International shipping cost:

  • Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for international customs fees or taxes  

Multiple order shipping refund policy

  • If you place multiple orders within a 24 hour window, please kindly reach out to us and we can combine your orders to reduce your shipping cost. To do this please email us with your order numbers and we can refund you the extra (excess) shipping cost.
  • Please note that this process can only be done within a 24 hour period of the first order and by reaching out to us by email.

Returns:

Do the nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • How can I fix a melted body butter?

    Since we don't use preservatives or wax in our body butter, there is a chance it will melt in high temperatures. 

    To fix this, simply put it into the fridge until it solidifies. You may notice there is less product in the jar, this is due to the air evaporating after it melted. To regain the whipped texture, use a hand mixer to whip the body butter back up and spoon or pipe back into the jar!

    • If you live in a hot climate(above 70 degrees) please choose ups at checkout AND add thermal shipping onto your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONIBLE FOR MELTED PRODUCTS as they are an easy fix.

    • Where can customers track their orders?

    Once your order has shipped you will receive your tracking number to the email you used at checkout. 

    • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

    Please email us if you have any issues with your order. 

    • How can an order be cancelled? 

    An order can be canceled if it was placed within 24 hours of contacting us. There will be a $5 restocking fee for cancelled orders.
