This is by far the best vanilla scent I have ever tried. It's not so overpowering that if you put in too much it'll give you a migraine. I haven't had that time to test this out on my skin yet but I have just been loving the smell. I do plan on getting the matching lotion and mist for this!!
Honestly ive been buying from thefloatinglanternco for a while now and i just got around to buying this scent, i got it as a gift for my mom and honestly she loved it and i loved the smell so much that i quickly came to buy another for myself 😂 i think it will def be a staple in my collection. Glass Slipper is my go-to when I just need to relax. After a hot shower, I’ll apply Glass Slipper and it instantly calms me down. There’s something about a GOOD vanilla scent that is tranquil. And this is that good vanilla. It’s perfect.
I found Floating Lantern a while ago on TikTok. I’ve been wanting to buy a body butter for the longest time solely based on the videos- but buying scents online can sometimes be sketchy since what smells nice to one person might not to another. I always find it’s easier to smell them in person, ya know? Glass Slipper seemed to be perfect, how can someone mess up French Vanilla after all? I was a little skeptical at how well it would moisturize at first, but I tried it last night after my shower and I swear my skin feels as smooth as the 9 month old my mom babysits. The packaging was very cute- I’ll admit at first I was disappointed with how small the jars seemed in person as compared to TikTok, but they’re actually perfectly sized! I can tell my Glass Slipper jar will go a long way based on how much it took to cover my body the first time. It’s great to be able to support a small business instead of constantly buying my Bath and Body Works lotions! I bought the Jimin body butter in the same purchase as well as a gift for a friend so I’m hoping she loves it too.
